Review
There was so much going on in this installment and Pepper did such a wonderful job in creating the conclusion to Tess and Q's story. The title certainly does suit the story and the characters. Tess and Q are twisted together. The two (more Q than Tess) have a twisted, unorthodox way of handling things. In another way they are twisted together because their love for another is so strong. They are meant for each other and cannot be apart.
Pepper continues this novel with both points of views and I'm so glad she did. We got to learn more about Q and I think we do see a little more of the softer side of Q. He still hasn't totally change. Q gets easily jealous and still very overprotective of Tess. He definitely needs to relax and take a chill pill, but of course that is impossible for him to do. He is still dominate and the Monster that we've all grown to love. Tess and Q do learn more about one another. The facts about one another don't come out easily. They do come out sporadically. Of course more of a challenge getting them out of Q.
The two continue to have demons to battle, walls to knock down and weights that needed to be lifted off of them. Q and Tess need one another more than ever to help battle these demons, to help oen another be free. I don't think if the two were in a relationship with other people, they wouldn't be able to be a big of a support as Q and Tess are for one another.
As much as I enjoyed reading about Q and Tess, I would love to see the series continue. I would love to read more about the other characters! It would be great to learn more about Franco, Suzette and Frederick!

I shook my head. I didn’t understand. All I understood was his voice had the power to make me come. The deep tenor vibrated through my heart, sending tiny orgasms exploding in my veins.
I needed to be touched. I needed to be kissed.
Kiss him. Let him know.
Launching upright, I splashed a wave over the tub. Q jerked back, but wasn’t fast enough. Wrapping my arms around his neck, I dragged him down toward me. His hand slipped on the rim, plunging his arms into the water, landing on either side of my body.
His mouth opened to curse, but I swallowed whatever he said. My lips stole his, and the moment I tasted him, I went a little mad.
